In winter I was forced to leave the city I loved due to a physical assault by my SO. His name was on the lease & I had very little in the bank at the time. I moved back into my mom’s house & after working for garbage wage & poor working conditions at my first job back, I recently got an under the table serving job. I have $50 to my name & need to get back on track so that I can get out. I have only worked retail, food industry, & front desk positions...but I have quite a bit of experience between them all. No one will hire. Interviewers are extremely interested, but never call back. I email or call following up- nothing. Can anyone provide a solution or at least a stepping stone for me?
