Hey Reddit! We need the group wisdom on what we can do to maximize the utility and comfort of our yard space. We live in Brooklyn, NY - we’re fortunate to have a yard that was unloved and forgotten to make our own. We spent the fall cleaning and power washing the concrete (shoutout /r/powerwashing !!) and the last month germinating seeds, planting and cleaning - we've germinated 7 varieties of Morning Glory to train on the twine rope with all planter boxes painted green. In the large concrete planter box we have Liataris Spicata planted and Morning Glory coming up unexpectedly. We also have mustard greens, pepper assortments, mint, white onion & mesculine green mix in boxes ready for transplant. What projects can we take on in the coming few days/ week that are $400ish or less that are more manpower than purchase power? NOTE - We've already ordered a Weber charcoal grill, a double level bird feeder & seed, new hose & nozzle for watering bc no outdoor spout and other small goodies. Any and all ideas are welcome. Also Happy Memorial Day Weekend! Here's the Imgur Album : https://ift.tt/2ku5aFj via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2sclejj
