Kind of a shit post but after spending over a year with a shitty rando chair that no longer had screws attaching the seat so if you lost balance you'd fall off, i found an amazing craiglist deal for a Steelcase Leap V2 is amazing condition (besides some really minor scuffs on the back it looks barely used at all) for 70 dollars!
I wish it had a headrest since i don't know if it's possible to attach one to this thing (maybe i'll 3D print an arm that comes off the backs crossbar?), but in terms of condition i can't really even tell how old it is cause it looks so well.
I got this same chair brand new over a year ago provided by my work's ergo department; i didn't realize how expensive they were until i got into ergonomics for my home desk setup this past week (already have a electric sit-stand desk frame on the way and looking into keyboards) did i realize how expensive these chairs were!
