Okay folks, I'm looking to build a 8 foot by 8 foot, 12in to 18in high raised herb garden for my mother-in-law. What type of wood would be best to use? Should I be worried about treated wood being next to food? Is there any framing requirements that I should follow? I know that any wood that is sitting on the ground for the eventually rot out.
