Over the time I saw a lot of posts from people on r/frugal about people eating ramen for months, people buying expired products, eating frozen foods for years, living on peanut butter and white bread all to save $30 a month. Have you ever considered the health consequences of those, pretty much, horrible eating habits in terms of your health? Please don’t ask me to provide proof to my claim just google it yourself and see .... EDIT: I’m simply impressed by the amount of replies and the volume of information. I have learned a lot. What an amazing subreddit!
