Hey,
I am an advisor, and I recently launched a blog. The blog is more a passion project right now, and I am just enjoying talking about things that maybe wouldn't fit into my practice.
I live on a small hobby farm, that's run by solar power PV, and a solar thermal system. We have two Kids and too many animals. We don't live as simple as some; we do live more simple than most of the people in my industry.
I'm interested in exploring where lifestyle, simple living, frugality and delayed gratification collide.
My questions would be;
what does simple living mean to you?
Is simple living different that being frugal? If so how?
If you are not living the simple life you want, is there a financial obstacle that is preventing you? This can be real or perceived (i.e., I'm worried if I take a lower paying job in the country we won't have enough money)
