I'm so tense mentally and physically. I feel so bottled-up and I can't smile or laugh anymore, I feel like I'm just forcing myself to so that the other person sees that I am responding. My shoulders are so tight from sitting in front of a computer for most of the day (mainly work).
Does anyone have any ideas for how to relax? I need to chill out.
