So I never thought this would happen to me but somebody managed to withdraw $200 and 5 mins later another $200. Im guessing they probably tried again but at that point there was nothing except $32 dollars. I called Citibank and told them to cancel the cards and to file a claim. At the end of the phone call they told me it would take 10 business days for it to show up in my account even though I been a customer with them since 2010 I assumed I would be given a provisional credit since I was given that option when some shoes I bought weren't delivered. I have a phone bill, gas, and food to pay for until I get paid in two weeks. I literally don't know what to do. Whats the point of filing a dispute if you cant even get the money somebody stole back?! Should I call back Citibank and talk to them some more? At this point I don't even know what to do and any advice would be so helpful right now. Thank you guys
