Hey everyone, I finally got my first big time interview, this is a huge deal from me as the pay is essentially double what I currently make.
I've done many interviews in the past, but this is the first conference call I will do with the department manager and HR. I think I can handle the technical questions, but my recruiter told me there would also be a lot of 'Hr questions to answer'. What exactly is that and what are some things you guys do to prepare for such a monumental interview?
The call is suppose to last 30 minutes. I really appreciate any advice you can give me.
