You know how you wait a few seconds before hopping into the shower waiting for the water to warm up? Instead of wasting that water - place a bucket under the shower to collect it and then you can use the water as drinking water for your pets. Saw this advice from Grimes and thought I'd post it here. Only a small saving on your water bill but it adds up
