So I'm building my worktable for my garage and I have this idea..... I bought a winch and some cable. I'm thinking of making it so that I can quickly connect the cable to the table, and raise it with the winch up to the ceiling. The legs can fold up into the underside and I can work on a mountain bike or something else that requires the floor space.What I can't figure it is a stable configuration for the support and cable layout. It's just something I can't visualise. Obviously one in the center won't work and I don't think a pyramid of cables would either. Should I try four corners straight up into a brace or something?Or should the brace be under the table?Any suggestions would be great thanks everyone! via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2nXbes3
