My fiancee worked for a small dog training company doing graphic design and Secretary work.
She had to wear a uniform, clock in and out and be there every day at the same time. Also, she was paid hourly for her designs not on a "by design" basis, and she did a split of 80% Secretary and 20% graphic design work.
She left this job after a month, and now that it's tax season, we were looking for how to report this so she's not on the hook for payroll taxes, as she was CLEARLY an employee.
