I've been made an offer for a job in SanFran. Over $200k/annual with close to 1MM in RSUs (it's a private company so there is no telling when those will be able to be sold). I have a house in AZ, but that's going on the market so we can break even. Only one car payment and student loads. Coming from VA, I know there is going to be a hit in finding a new house out there. How much can I afford on a 200k salary? I have 80k on hand, but no other income (unemployed). I have 350k in ira/investment fund
