I have a pre-existing concrete floor in my basement, problem is at the deepest it slopes to 2 inches. The basement is finished and has been for the last 30+ years with now water issues. There is no drain the floor comes to rest that low towards the center with cracking that needs to be filled.To get this level I assume I will have to use concrete to build the floor up to level.
