My SO purchased a 6 month subscription service (think beer of the month club) back in July for the months of August through January. Things were fine (but very unorganized, unresponsive) for August, delayed for September, and fine for October.

We received contact in November that the service was being discontinued and that we would have the option of getting a refund for the balance ($100+) or using the balance to buy their product. We elected to get a refund and several weeks ago we were told the money would go back to the CC in 3-5 business days. Since then we have been ignored via both phone and email regarding when we would actually see the refund.

Any suggestions on the best way to get the half of this subscription back that we didn't use? We've tried a CC chargeback for the balance, but it's past 60 days :(
