Why do bank accounts take 2-3 "BUSINESS DAYS" to transfer between external accounts? Isn't it all automated? It's not like a computer server needs Sat/Sun off.

Just trying to plan for next year and transfer/align all my banks with the highest yield accounts before 2024.
