Commentary on Bloomberg was interesting. Trying to explain why Europe has underperformed recently; a rationale was given using the lack of technology companies publicly traded in Europe. The takeaway from the conversation was; Europe might be right for a value investor, but Europe lacks the tech darlings that you see in other markets such as China, India, Taiwan, etc.
Has anyone else made this connection?
Does this seem reasonable?

Do you find yourself being overweight emerging market, specifically because of tech weighting due to growth tech stocks like Tencent, AliBaba, JD, Baidu, and others?
