UK banks in particular Halifax and Lloyds have recently changed there fees from standard £25.00 a month charge, to £2.20 per day.
This benefits some customers, but unfortunately for me it has now caused my overall monthly Fee to Treble.
Due to my current financial situation, single dad, living alone and currently in a step change management plan my credit rating is poor, and unable to take or apply for any credit. in a ideal world i would take a £1500 loan from my bank, pay of my overdraft and then the monthly payments towards the loan are actually contributing rather than my current status of interest only.
I would just like to see what Reddit may recommend for my situation to hopefully find a light at the end of this horrible tunnel......
