I love audiobooks. I have listened to countless titles from two different local libraries, as well as my hoopla account. But recently I've found that more and more of the titles I want to hear are either not owned by the libraries, or will not be available until 30 others have heard them first. I'm almost ready to break down and subscribe to Audible.
But before I do, I would like some input on what is the best (most frugal) way to subscribe? Are there any tricks or strategies to minimize the monthly payments? If anyone has had luck with Audible (or bad luck, too), I'd really appreciate hearing about it.
