Pretty satisfied with the results so far, although I have to say that a great deal of the real return rate has been due to a major price increase in the market shortly after I bought the place. And it hasn't been without some sweat and frustration dealing with tenants.
I really don't dabble in other investments at all but curious how that would have compared to other investments over the last 12 years?
