I am a bachelor degree holding CCNA certified employee. I have worked from age 18 with a variety of work experience and have been in the Army for 13 years. BUT I can't seem to get above a salary of $30k. I feel I have lots of diverse experience to offer an employer but when it comes to salary offers I never get above the $30k mark. I wonder if my breadth of experience is working against me and my commitment to the Army Reserves comes across as unreliable? I want to enjoy life and build a family but all that costs $$$ and I can't seem to get above a salary that allows me to save up. Has anyone dealt with this problem before?
