New homeowner here and I’m stumped. Previous owners had a fridge with a water line. Our fridge doesn’t have one. I traced the line to the adjacent bathroom. It’s coming off the cold water line there, and it had a little valve. Turning that little valve won’t shut it off completely, I have to turn off the cold water under the sink to get it to stop running. It still drips though and I have a cup under it for now. Got this from hardware store but it’s not going on and not making sense how it should fit. What do I need to get so I can keep the water on in bathroom and shut off the small water line to the kitchen so it doesn’t drip? Thanks much in advance. pics via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2zUQk1l
