I'm the only junior hire in the company, and my co-workers (who are all older than me) go out for lunch every day. We work in the fancy part of town, so everything is crazy expensive ($30+).
We pay for our own food, so I've tried to stay within my budget by not ordering drinks, etc.
Does anyone have any suggestions about what I can do? Being the only one in the office who doesn't go out to this group lunch sounds like a bad idea.
