I have a Capital One 360 account. Right now I'm trying to open another savings account to save towards a goal - this used to be super straight forward, since they changed the layout I literally can't find the option. Also scrolling through transactions is a pain because they're all these huge horizontal bars, so i can only see a few at a time.
The whole thing is like viewing a mobile site on desktop and it's made the website basically unusable, is there a way to go back to the old layout?
EDIT: Found the option to open a savings account/goal - you can't do it from your account overview, you can't do it from your actual checking account, you have to go to an existing savings account (assuming you have one) and then select "automatic savings plan", and on the next page click the tiny 'add' button. Who designed this? Literally the worst UX I've seen on a banking site.
