I am a 30 year old male that has a very active job involving climbing steel ladders frequently exceeding 100' in length. I'm looking for shoes with a pretty rigid sole. During the winter I wear Red Wings, which I absolutely love. But they're too hot for about 9 months of the year. I wear Merrell Chameleon shoes, which are okay but I am very unimpressed with the looks. Can anyone recommend shoes that will have similar sole rigidity of the Merrell vibram sole, but is better looking? I checked out the Under Armor Vasquez, but I have serious doubts about how it'll support the mid section of my foot. Thanks in advance!
