I have PTSD and have had a hell week and I punched the arm rest and now the adjustment thing doesn't work and I can't move the arm rest up or down or even remove it to replace it and it seems they don't make this part anymore anyways. Is the v2 more durable or what chair should I get next? I need a decent chair cus I get horrible pains otherwise but I also need something that's built well enough to take some abuse. I thought the steelcase chairs were quality, but unlike the name, inside they are mostly plastic. I tried a few Herman Miller chairs, but they were very uncomfortable.
