TL;DR I'm looking for a tool that grabs my invites/upcoming events and puts them into google calendar or whatever calendar of my choice.
Forgive me if this is not the right subreddit, but I saw people commenting about disconnecting from FB here.
I'm not deleting FB, it's just disabled on my desktop, and I'm not using the app on mobile. Fortunately, Messenger is a good option although I know my conversations are showing up in ads.
Now looking up events on FB on a mobile browser is a pain in the ass. I used to have an FB events - google calendar integration, but that just generated too much noise. I wonder if there's a tool that helps me manage my invites: I'd like to see upcoming events and save some of them (but not all!), sometimes it'd be nice to hit the attend/get notifications (mainly for private events). I find facebook's default very noisy, I keep receiving updates of events months ahead.
Anyone knows about a similar tool? If not I'm considering to build it.
