The company needs to average 17.6% to hit its 2020 EPS target of $9. But perhaps a weak quarter should have been expected given it had flagged that fixed income would be down.
Either way a 14.5% growth rate still leads to EPS of $8.11 in 2020 which on a PE of 12.3 still puts the SP on $100
