I’m 33 year old woman. Single but live with my family. I own that house, my name is on the paper, but want to move out to live alone in a flat. Have like 10k USD. If I buy that flat, 10K is enough, and I can pay the mortgage monthly for 10 years time. I also want to spend that amount to travel to Dublin where I always dream of seeing it with my own eyes. Should I buy the flat or travel? Need advice... Please. Thank you.
