So me and my wife run a small business grossing 6k a month, but barely breaking even and another business making aprox. 6k a month profit (in cash and varies greatly month to month) and we are dead broke. Our income varies greatly month to month and we are terrible at managing it all. Can I please get some advice on how to get all this under control
I believe our biggest issue is not knowing how to budget or manage for variable inconsistent income
