Hi! Based on some reading here, I decided to get a used Aeron chair. I have a question, and I'm not sure where else to ask it. Is the Aeron chair supposed to lock into the forward tilt position, if I am leaning forward and engage the tilt lock limiter? I'm trying to do so, and it doesn't seem to work. (Actually, I think it was working for a bit before I tried adjusting again). I'm just trying to figure out if my chair is working like it should, if there's some user error, or if I'm asking the chair to do something it's not designed to do. Thanks!
