- I live near an airport and there's also construction in my apartment complex. I'm looking for a way to block out this sound.
- I've tried earplugs but they are always very uncomfortable and fall out.
- My roommate prefers sleeping in hot temperatures and I prefer the cold but the AC control affects the entire apartment.
- Sometimes I'm talking to friends after people go to sleep and would rather not disturb others so I need a way to muffle my outgoing sound.
- Sometimes people are here and I'm trying to focus on reading and rather not wear headphones so I'm looking for a way to muffle incoming sound.
A loud fan that blows cool air would also act as a sort of white noise generator and solve all of these problems, right?
Anyone have any recommendations? Ideally I'd prefer something cheap and with adjustable speeds I suppose. I was looking on Amazon and so many of the reviews said their fans died after a couple months =/
