Dear experienced bullshit detecting redditors I need your help. I have a small business where I make and sell Wood and Leather Goods. Leather wallets are my biggest product, and I am trying to make them really well. I use full-grain leather, poly/nylon thread, copper rivets etc. for all my products I have a 50-Year warranty, in all honesty, if you take really good care of the product (condition the leather, don't put 1000 cards in it, don't run it through the wash too many times) It will last that long, but most people won't do that. For that 80%, I say 50 years is because I will repair your product if you break it. If you tare the stitching in 15 years its covered if you poke a hole through your bag in 25 years it's covered. So my question is how do I tell people that I will help your product lasts 50 years without coming across like I am trying to click-bate you into a sale. I want to be genuine, I think that's more important than catchy slogans.
