The company that removed the oak tree in my yard wants 2500 for their work. I agreed to this price up front which I now realize is way inflated. My fault. However, they destroyed my front yard and my boyfriend's garden in the process. They also left oil spots all over my driveway. Do i have any recourse? I have not paid them yet. How would you handle?
