I'm about to start a new school year at the University of Ottawa (Canada). This is the first year I've had to apply for student loans as my parents had put enough away in my Uni funds for my first three years. My Tuition is 7500 for the year but the provincial loan service (OSAP) is only giving me 6000 due to the fact the my mother lives close-ish to campus. My biggest issue is that I'm living in an apartment because the commute from her house is too far (1.5hrs both ways). Is there any way I can secure more loans to pay the rest of my bill + living expenses for the year? My mother can help out with food costs but not much else, I'm kinda freaking out here seeing as I'm looking at an eviction notice by November!

Let me know if there's any more info that would prove useful!
