My brother's laundry room has 2 exterior walls and 2 interior walls. He would like me to insulate all 4 of these as the previous home owner neglected to tell him this wasn't done.Is a fibreglass insulation such as r-13 sufficient or should I use the foil faced foam sheathing? I'm going to cover the studs and insulation with drywall (on the inside room part of the house).
