My mom asked for assistance in finding a financial planner and I honestly have no clue how to go about that. Feel like that's the kind of thing you'd want a personal recommendation of but none of my friends are at that point in their lives.
She also said she'd prefer an hourly one as opposed to a trade based one (has had experiences with brokers being pushy with her to make trades).
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
