i'm looking to freshen up my basement without fully finishing it per say. I am looking to clean up the exposed trusses, blow out dust debris, and paint/prime. There is duct work, electrical wires, water lines (both copper and Pex), etc. Is there a Code that prohibits me from painting all of this?
