I'm replacing an MDF baseboard with water damage with a new primed pine baseboard and I'm trying to figure out the best way to do a long tapered cut.I'm not a beginner when it comes to DIY, but I don't have woodworking experience so I'd appreciate some guidance.I'm considering buying a DeWalt DWE7480 Table Saw for this job (and for future projects). But I can't figure out if it's possible to do this long of a taper cut. I can use the current board as a guide if that helps. I'm also wondering if this is better done with a circular saw using the current board as a guide.Any ideas or advice is greatly appreciated.
