My husband eats a lot of pickles. The big jars from Costco. So we end up with a lot of extra pickle juice. A LOT. I hate throwing it out. I've looked up a few recipes, but most only use a tablespoon or two.
So I'm trying to figure out what I can do with all of this. I think if anyone would have good ideas it would be this group! So do any of you pickle eaters have any suggestions?
