I live in area that is only serviced by PG&E and last month I just got a bill for $600 out of nowhere (used to be $300). I have a big family of 6 and whenever it gets hot the AC usage just skyrockets.
I live in Northen California so if any of you guys know a good trick to go solar as cheap as possible let me know. I don't really care much for any bells and whistles, as long as it gets the job done and it won't fall apart.
