I'm trying Zenni as an alternative to brick and mortar eyeglass stores as they're way cheaper. I ordered a week ago, they say the glasses are completed but the order status has been sitting at 'processing' for the last week. Anyone have any experience with Zenni can tell me if this is normal or not?
