So after about 2 hours of researching previous posts here on /r/frugal about buying mattresses online ive come to the conclusion that most people here suggest getting a foam mattress. The two most popular that come up are T&N and Caspers.
So i went to my local mattress firm to try the memory foam beds but i absolutely didnt feel comfortable on them at all! I guess im more of a soft interspring mattress kind of guy, but i dont have a truck to lug a queen sized mattress home.
- Would buying a soft pillow topper and putting it on top of a foam mattress give me that 'soft' feel or would i be better off renting a truck?
