Me and my sister are the next of kin and dad which was never in the picture recently passed away and now the funeral home is charging me for the cremation services. When I spoke to them they said they would apply so the city would cover it. But now I got the bill in the mail for $1500. Is there a way to get out of paying it? I never agreed to to make a payment for them.
