I thought I found my one true love with Payless when I bought a $19 pair of ballet flats (cute ones) and they lasted forever after a whole year of nearly daily wearing. However, the store is going bankrupt, and I'm hoping to rely on you guys for recommendations. Do you know any physical stores (not a fan of buying shoes online) that are in the similar price range as Payless and have women's shoes? (In the U.S.)
What didn't work for me: discount racks in Macy's (too many casual styles with incomplete size selection), Forever 21/ H&M/ Zara (shoes not as comfortable as Payless).
