26 yo female making about 85-90k/yr looking to buy my first home on long island. i have no credit card debt, no school loans, and my only expense is a car payment of 600/mo. living at home with my parents currently and wanted to know any information you guys can give me on being a first time home buyer, pmi, do i really need 20% for a down payment, and how much you guys think i'd really be able to afford? thanks!!!
