In the winter you can just keep the heat off by using an electric heated blanket - is there an equivalent to this for summer so you can keep the AC off?
The best I've come up with is wetting a towel and putting it in the freezer in combo with a squirt bottle of ice water and standing in front of a fan. Surely there's a better option than this as I'm spending a large part of my day preparing/reapplying this routine.
