My Eagle Creek bit the dust and their definition of a "No Matter What" guarantee is sure different than mine! One of the wheels broke into pieces and the waterproof coating on one of the compartments has degraded into a sticky mess that leaves residue on the contents of my suitcase. They said it has reached the end of it's life, therefore it is no longer under warranty. It is frustrating because the suitcase is in amazing condition otherwise.
With that said, I have been doing some research and TravelPro seems interesting. It looks like it is more true to BIFL since you can order specific replacement parts. Does anyone have any experience (the good, the bad and the ugly) with them? Are there other luggage companies you know of that have outstanding quality and let you order replacement parts like TravelPro?
