A realtor I was working with to try and find an apartment in the greater Boston area cashed my check for their broker fee, after I stated I didn't want the apartment they found.
I didn't sign my check, it was still processed. I've contacted my bank and they are going to get my money back, however, is there some kind of fraud reporting for this? The realtor agency has some really questionable business practices.
