I know Macy's might not be anyone's first thought when being frugal but in the clothing department(at least for men) there is Macy's Last Act with prices up to 75% off.
I recently bought 2 pairs of Izod pants for $6 each normally $60 and 3 Izod button up plaid shirts for $10 each normally $50. They had Levi jeans for $13(sadly not my size)
They have a wide variety of brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors and Tommy Bahama. I walked out with 2 pants and 4 shirts for about $50.
If you use the Plenti app you can get points for your purchase and also use any points you have towards your purchase to make it even less.
